Subscribe Box is made by Melotech. This page says what the app stores and what it does not.

What the app stores

For each store that installs it, the app keeps that store's Shopify session: the store's myshopify domain and the access and refresh tokens Shopify issues to the app. That is what it needs to check the store's plan and keep the block available in the theme. Nothing else is stored.

Customer data

The app does not read, receive or store customer, order or checkout data. The block runs in the shopper's browser and talks only to your store; nothing is sent to Melotech.

When you uninstall

Uninstalling the app deletes the store's session from Melotech's server. Shopify's data removal requests, sent after an uninstall, delete the same record again.
